Merge onto I-105 via EXIT 194B toward Eugene
Take the Coburg Road. exit- EXIT 2- toward Downtown.
Turn left onto Coburg Road at the light.
After the bridge, turn right onto 8th Avenue.
Take first left onto Pearl Street.
1245 is in the middle of the block between 12th and 13th on the left hand side in the Mortier Engineering Building
