All-day event organized by Eugene's Bicycle & Pedestrian Advisory Committee. Rails-to-Trails Conservancy will lead a conversation regarding 'support of active transportation as identified in the 2010 Campaign for Active Transportation for the Eugene/Springfield metropolitan area.'
