**This volunteer event will be set to open for registration in mid-June. At that time, McKenzie River Trust will make a decision as to whether we can safely conduct this project amid COVID-19 concerns and current recommendations by our local government leaders and update this website accordingly.**
Learn to identify and properly remove aquatic plants from our waterways. You’ll learn simple plant ID,
best removal practices, and have a whole lot of fun on foot and by boat during this special project. We’ll focus primarily on Ludwigia, a common water primrose that poses a significant threat to the Willamette basin system.
