Philanthropy Officer
McKenzie River Trust is seeking a relationship-driven Philanthropy Officer to help grow support for land and water conservation across western Oregon. In this role, you’ll build meaningful relationships with individual donors, foundations, and corporate partners, connecting people who care deeply about clean rivers, healthy forests, working lands, and thriving communities with opportunities to make a lasting impact.
You’ll manage a portfolio of donors, guide personalized engagement strategies, conduct site visits and meetings, and collaborate closely with fellow staff and board members to advance our conservation mission. If you’re an organized communicator who enjoys building long-term relationships and helping people connect their resources to their values, we’d love to hear from you.
Salary: $65,000–$75,000 annually
